At the winery in Chalk Hill, the tasting room on the lower level offers customers tempting gourmet snacks, exquisite gift ware, and award-winning wine from the Christian W. Klay collection.
Our shop on the National Road is just minutes from the entrance of Nemacolin Woodlands Resort & Spa and features Pennsylvania Preferred Products including a selection of cheese and sausage - all perfect complements to wines from the Christian W. Klay collection. Come in for a complimentary wine tasting and take home a taste of Pennsylvania with your favorite wine from our award-winning collection. And, don't forget to browse our array of wine-related gift ware. Pittsburgh - Station Square The award-winning wines of the Christian W. Klay collection are now available at the Freight Shops at Station Square in Pittsburgh. The Pennsylvania Wine Cellar is open Monday - Saturday, 10 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., and Sunday, 12 noon - 5 p.m. New Location - Sarnelli's Market Sarnelli’s Wine Cellar, Jones Mill, Pa., is now an outlet to purchase your favorite wines from the Christian W. Klay collection. Sarnelli’s is located at the intersection of 711 and Route 31 East in Donegal, just off the Pennsylvania Turnpike exit. Sarnelli’s Wine Cellar is open seven days a week, Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m.-9 p.m. and Sunday, 12 noon – 5 p.m. For further information, call them directly at 724-593-2002.

Products from Emerald Valley Artisan Cheese are now available at the Christian W. Klay Winery’s location at 3390 National Road in Farmington. Emerald Valley Farm, located in Scenery Hill, Pa., is owned by Alan and Alisa Fasnacht who crafts their offerings with all natural, whole, raw milk, with no added hormones, food colorings or preservatives. The winery offers Emerald Valley’s fromage blanc, which is French for white cheese. It makes a wonderful spread and gives a robust flavor to a plate of pasta or sauce. It is available in several fresh garden herbal variations including Basil Pesto, Heavenly Jalapeño, Orange Sunrise, Blue Moon, Herb de Provence, Parsley-Chive, Roasted Garlic with Sun Dried Tomato, and Smoked Cheddar. In addition, the winery is offering a selection of old-world style aged cheeses including Cheddar, Farmers, Feta Antoinetta, Mozzarella, Colby, Feta, and Smoked Cheddar. Cheesecake lovers will not be disappointed in Emerald Valley Farms’ delicious creation of this famous dessert made from their own hand-crafted Ricotta cheese. A variety of flavors are now available. For those who prefer a lighter dessert, try their traditional Biscotti made in a variety of tasty flavors including Orange Cranberry with Pecans, Almond Amaretto, and Biscotti Toscani—a Tuscan recipe that blends orange zest with nutmeg, chocolate chips and almonds.
